cuisine - nhube
This
new local, designed by the famous chef Ferrán Adrià, acts
as a restaurant, reading room, sitting room, and bar-cafeteria all at once.
It´s
a multifunctional space to please our business clientele as well as the
restaurant patron not staying at the hotel. In this modern, flexible atmosphere
with lighting changes to reflect the time of day and decorated with designer
furniture, one can listen to music, surf the internet, read, or watch television.
The
most surprising thing is that the culinary offerings are mostly homemade,
simple dishes from traditional Spanish cuisine - with the aim of making
clients feel at home. |

nhube menu starts with natural vegetable and fruit juices and ranges from
hot sandwiches (Majorcan sausage with “manchego” cheese; grilled “lomo”
(pork), onion, and brie cheese) to cold ones (green peepers with “ventresca”
(a high-quality tuna) and black olives; glazed chicken with boiled ham
and cream cheese), and even more complete dishes such as spaghetti carbonara,
market-fresh fish Andalusian-style, chicory with Roquefort, rabbit with
“salmorejo” sauce or eggs with French fries and Iberian ham.
